当然了，最直接的方法，就是修改VS项目属性，发布的目标平台，从AnyCpu改成X86了。
改完后，问题基本就解决了，但是如果我不改项目属性呢？
网上有一种解决方案：
下载并解压instantclient_11_2的X64版本，放到ORACLE安装目录下，并在PATH路径中搜索在前。
这样传说让能它找到x64位的dll进行加载运行。
